CUB3 provides senior-level technical leadership and engineering execution. All specific service engagements—including Project Recovery, Venture Lab, and Dev Velocity—are governed by a Master Service Agreement (MSA) and a detailed Statement of Work (SOW) defining milestones and deliverables.
We operate with a 'Full Lifecycle Control' mindset. CUB3 takes full responsibility for the phases defined within our contract, ensuring architectural stability and eliminating handoff gaps between strategy and execution.
Unless otherwise specified in a custom SOW, full ownership of the codebase, documentation, and architecture developed specifically for a client project is transferred to the client upon receipt of final payment.
Due to the sensitive nature of 'Project Recovery' and mission-critical infrastructure, CUB3 maintains strict non-disclosure standards. All client business logic, internal roadmaps, and existing technical debt are treated as highly confidential.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Andorre. Any disputes arising from these terms or our professional services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in our registered administrative region.
